The number of people injured as a result of shelling by Russian troops in Kherson today increased to 23 people, including three children. This was announced on Friday by the head of the President's Office, Andriy Yermak.
"The Russian terrorist army attacked Kherson with massive fire. 23 people were injured. Three children were among the injured.
The blows were inflicted on the Tavri district, Korabelny district and the central part of the city," Yermak wrote.
All victims were hospitalized. Three people are in serious condition, the rest have medium or light injuries.
The shelter saved the lives of many people, noted Yermak.
According to him, the shelling damaged a medical facility, a kindergarten, a supermarket, residential buildings, cars, and power lines.
On June 16, around 1:00 p.m., the Russian military shelled residential areas in the city of Kherson.
Earlier it was reported about 12 victims as a result of the enemy attack on Kherson.
