The President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelenskyi, will convene a meeting of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine in a week - on Friday, June 23. This was reported by the press center of the NSDC on Friday.
"On June 23, 2023, a meeting of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine will be held by order of the President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelenskyi," the message reads.
As reported, at the meeting it is planned to consider the issue of "overcoming manifestations of corruption in the justice system, and the results of checking the operational readiness of stationary shelters during repelling air attacks will also be heard."
As indicated, the head of the Security Service of Ukraine Vasyl Malyuk, the Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Ihor Klymenko, and the Minister of Strategic Industries of Ukraine Oleksandr Kamyshyn will report.
On June 10, Kamyshyn published the results of an inspection of shelters in Kyiv and declared that the situation is "disappointing".
On June 12, President Zelenskyi announced "for Friday" draft decisions - both regarding those who are responsible, and regarding the provision of an adequate level of protection for people in all Ukrainian cities.
