The missile attack on Kyiv should send a clear signal to African countries, whose delegation is visiting the capital today. Russia does not want peace, only more war.

"Putin is 'building trust' by launching the largest missile attack on Kyiv in recent weeks, precisely during the visit of African leaders to our capital. Russian missiles are a message to Africa: Russia wants more war, not peace," Kuleba wrote.

Missile attack
We will remind, today Ukraine was covered by a large-scale air alert. The Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine warned of the launch of enemy Kalibr cruise missiles, and then reported the threat of ballistic weapons to the central, eastern and western regions.
Later, residents of the capital heard the sounds of explosions. As reported in the KDVA, anti-aircraft fire was activated on the approaches to Kyiv and the region.

It should be noted that the Russians decided to carry out another missile attack when the leaders of African countries are visiting Kyiv with their "peace initiative".
In addition to the President of the South African Republic, Cyril Ramaphosa, the presidents of Zambia, Senegal, the Comoros Islands, as well as the Prime Minister of Egypt, the head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uganda, are visiting the capital.
As the media learned, African leaders can offer Ukraine and Russia a number of "confidence-building measures." In particular, it is about a number of measures that can be offered to the parties.
Among them are the withdrawal of Russian troops, as well as the weakening of Western sanctions against the Russian Federation and the suspension of the execution of the warrant for the arrest of the head of the Kremlin, Vladimir Putin, issued by the International Criminal Court (ICC).
