The Secretary General of the Council of Europe Maria Peychynovych-Burych is outraged by the Russian Federation's attacks on civilian homes in Ukraine.

"I am outraged by Russia's constant shelling of civilian buildings in Ukraine: it is unacceptable, criminal and wrong," Peychynovych-Burych wrote on Twitter.

On the night of June 13, the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation launched a missile attack on Kryvyi Rih. Three dead were reported earlier, but there are still people under the rubble.
Now it is already known about 10 dead as a result of a hostile missile attack.
One person is under the rubble. 28 local residents were injured, 12 of them in the city's hospitals in medium, serious and very serious condition.
The rescue operation is ongoing.
On Wednesday, June 14, Kryvyi Rih announced the Day of Mourning for the victims of an enemy rocket attack on a residential building that occurred on the night of June 13.
