The British Parliament expects a major attack by Ukraine on Donbas in the coming days

Tobias Ellwood, the head of the British Parliament's defense committee, believes that a "major attack" by Ukraine on Donbas should be expected in the next few days.

This is reported by Sky News.

"In the next few days, we should expect a major attack in one or another part of Donbas," said the head of the British Defense Committee.

Tobias Ellwood said that the Ukrainian army is conducting "probing and shaping operations" and "the main front of Ukrainian potential is still in reserve, ready for this single attack".

"The Russians don't know where it will be, but we see that chaos is coming between the Wagner group and the Russian troops themselves," he said.

According to him, the blowing up of the Kakhovskaya dam showed that Vladimir Putin "did not even believe that he would be able to hold this dam."

But he urged caution to all those who believe that Ukraine will "attack" and "everything will end very quickly."

Tobias Ellwood, the former defense secretary, urged allies to provide more tanks, F-16 fighter jets and long-range missiles.

We will remind, due to the first losses during the counteroffensive, the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, Andriy Melnyk, is asking for more German-made tanks.
