Ukraine has a conditional list of people it wants to eliminate. It is headed by Russian dictator Vladimir Putin. In addition to him, it includes the founder of the "Wagner" PMC Yevhen Prigozhin, the Minister of Defense of the Russian Federation Sergei Shoigu and others responsible for the invasion of Ukraine.

This was stated in an interview with Welt by Vadym Skibitskyi, a representative of the Ministry of Defense.

He was asked whether Ukraine is trying to eliminate Putin.

"He notices that we are getting closer to him, but maybe he is also afraid of being killed by his own people. Many people in Russia still support this "special operation", but thanks to social media and checking phones, we know that now so many Russians have died that it scares people," he replied.

In addition, Skibitsky noted that Ukraine is trying to kill the founder of the "Wagner" Communist Party, Yevgeny Prigozhin.

He was also asked who tops the list of people whom Ukraine wants to eliminate.

"Putin, because he coordinates and decides what is happening. But in the end, everyone will have to answer for their actions. Chief of the General Staff Valery Gerasimov and Defense Minister Serhiy Shoigu planned the attack and now they cannot turn back," said the representative of the GUR.

Skibitsky also mentioned the so-called leader of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov. Yes, in the first months of the full-scale war, he "was everywhere", but now, according to the representative of the GUR, he understood that Putin's regime had already lost strategically.

The conditional list also includes the commander of the Russian invasion Serhiy Surovikin and Russian commanders who entered Ukraine thinking they would be on parade.

He was asked where the limit of this list passes - whether the possibility of eliminating civilians as oligarchs or propagandists is being considered.

"We are at war and these are our enemies. If an important figure produces and finances weapons for them, then their elimination would save the lives of many civilians... According to international conventions, this is a legitimate goal," said a representative of Ukrainian intelligence.

 Putin is a legitimate target

Earlier, the head of the Ukrainian State Government, Kyrylo Budanov, stated that Putin is a perfectly legitimate target for Ukraine. The Ukrainian intelligence officer considers it theoretically possible to eliminate the dictator, but does not see the expediency of this. That is why Ukraine is currently not trying to destroy it.

Budanov also stated that Putin is seriously ill, but he will have time to see the victory of Ukraine before his death.
