A mysterious object fell at home in Poland, the prosecutor's office is investigating

An unknown object fell on a residential building in Rakov in the Greater Poland Voivodeship, piercing the roof through.

This is reported by RMF FM.

The object caused serious damage to the roof, penetrated it and fell inside, on the floor of the attic. As a result of the incident, which happened on April 4, no one was injured.

The resident of the house said that he discovered a strange object when he returned home from work. "(In the roof. - Ed.) there was such a hole, as if it had been left by a bomb. It was about a meter by 70 cm," he noted.

According to eyewitnesses, the object looked like part of a cast-iron circle. When it flew down and crashed, it broke in two. One element weighed about two kilograms.

The police and military police were informed about the incident, the case is being investigated by the prosecutor's office of the Greater Poland Voivodeship in Konin.

Investigators contacted the services that investigate incidents in civil and military aviation, but they ruled out that the object was a component of the plane.

The prosecutor's office also asked for help from the Polish Air Navigation Services Agency. It established that at the moment when the cast-iron object pierced the roof, a plane to Ireland flew over Rakov. At the local airport, technical crews checked whether any parts had fallen off the board, but the car was found to be intact.

The case was also investigated by the military police, but they decided that there was no competence to conduct the production.

The Prosecutor's Office of Konin together with the police of the city of Slesin are considering the unexpected version that the object was part of an agricultural machine that could detach from it during operation. The final conclusion on this matter should be made by the expert.

We will remind, at the end of April, the Ministry of National Defense of Poland reported that in Zamost, approximately 15 km from Bydgoszcz, they found the remains of an unidentified military facility.
