Prime Minister of Ukraine Denys Shmyhal, who is in London on the occasion of the coronation of Charles III, held a meeting with the President of the European Commission, Ursula von der Leyen.

Shmyhal discussed with the head of the European Commission the reconstruction of Ukraine and the further support of the European Union in the fight against the Russian invaders.
"A very productive meeting with Prime Minister Denys Shmygal. We discussed EU support for the recovery and reconstruction of Ukraine, with a view to the upcoming conference on the recovery of Ukraine in London in June. The EU will remain firm in its commitment to help Ukraine rebuild countries," von der Leyen wrote.

We discussed the EU's support for Ukraine's recovery and reconstruction in view of the Ukraine Recovery Conference in London in June.
The EU remains steadfast in its commitment to help Ukraine rebuild the country.
Earlier, Denys Shmyhal held talks with British Foreign Minister James Cleverley regarding the upcoming NATO summit in Vilnius.
