"The pro-war Telegram channel "Rybar" and the so-called "military leader" Oleksandr Sladkov wrote about the dismissal of General Mizintsev from the post of Deputy Minister of Defense. This information has not been officially confirmed," the message reads.
The pro-Russian Telegram channels themselves do not report the reasons for the dismissal.
