The Russian bomb attack on Belgorod is probably not an isolated incident. At the same time, such incidents will become more frequent due to Russia's negligent attitude.
This was stated by the spokesman of the Air Force Command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Yuriy Ignat, on the air of the telethon.
"A lot of people were injured there. I think there are serious consequences there. What can be commented here? They do it regularly. It can be seen from our radar intelligence that Russian planes are attacking Ukraine from various directions with these very bombs that are already exploding in their cities ", Ignat said.
As the spokesman of the Air Force of the Ukrainian Armed Forces noted, Russia had to admit its involvement in the explosion in Belgorod due to the large number of witnesses. Such bombs could fall in other places as well, since the occupiers do everything quickly and will use them more and more each time.
"And where things are done quickly and carelessly, such cases will happen more often," Ignat added.
At the same time, as the spokesman of the Air Force explained, Ukrainians should understand that the threat will intensify, as Russia will increase the production of guided aerial bombs, which it has enough of.
"This is an old Soviet bomb, it's just a question of their modernization. That's why we expect an increase in air defense systems with an increased range, such as Patriot. The question is that we need more such systems. We expect SAMP-T," the spokesman noted.
