The film crew of the France 24 TV channel, which is financed by the French state, visited the camp where the Russian occupation forces fighting in the aggressive war against Ukraine are undergoing training.
The story with a duration of 1 minute and 34 seconds was published on the website of the TV channel on April 13. The material was published in English under the title: "War in Ukraine: Russian troops prepare for battle before counteroffensive."
"Approximately 30 kilometers from the front line, in a secret place, Russian troops are preparing for battle. Most of the soldiers here are not professionals, they are called from Siberia. They have already visited the front, and now they are preparing to return there," - begins the story of French journalists.
The plot does not mention that the Russian military is carrying out illegal aggression against Ukraine, but elements of Russian propaganda can be noticed. For example, the Russian military brags that their weapons are better than Western weapons, in particular Leopard tanks. One of the heroes of the plot also says that he "honorably defends the history" of his country.
