The prosecutor of the unrecognized Transnistria, Anatoliy Guretskyi, said that a "terrorist attack" against the OSCE delegation was allegedly being prepared in the city of Bendery at the behest of the SSU.
Guretskyi's statements are cited by Transnistrian mass media.
"It was established that a terrorist attack was being prepared against the OSCE delegation on February 14 near the Bender fortress, at the moment when the delegation was supposed to return to Chisinau," he said.
On February 14, the current chairman of the OSCE, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of North Macedonia, Buyar Osmani, came to Bendery for negotiations with the head of the unrecognized Transnistria, Vadym Krasnosilskyi. The delegation included 20 people.
Guretsky claims that they planned to leave a car with explosives on the way to the OSCE delegation in a trolleybus "pocket" on the way to Chisinau. According to him, when the suspects failed to attack the OSCE employees, they decided to elect Vadym Krasnosilskyi, the head of the unrecognized Transnistria, as their goal.
The first Transnistrian channel, in particular, shows a video of the confession of a Ukrainian named Vyacheslav Kysnychan, arrested last week, in the preparation of the "terrorist attack".
Kysnychan was detained last week for allegedly following local officials, preparing explosives and planning to blow up a car and "received $2,500 from the SSU for the work."
In addition to him, five more people were detained. All, except one, are citizens of Ukraine.
It will be recalled that on March 9, the so-called Transnistrian "Investigative Committee" announced the detention of two suspects who allegedly planned a "terrorist attack" against the leadership of the pseudo-republic, allegedly on the instructions of the SBU, which the Ukrainian special service categorically denied and called it a provocation orchestrated by the Kremlin.
