The North Atlantic Alliance calls on Russia to withdraw its troops from the territory of unrecognized Transnistria. This was reported by NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg.

"It was a pleasure to meet with Moldovan Prime Minister Dorin Recean," the statement reads.
Stoltenberg called on Russia to withdraw its troops from Transnistria.
Stoltenberg said that NATO fully supports the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Moldova and calls on Russia to fully withdraw its troops from your territory.
The Secretary General was referring to the territory of unrecognized Transnistria, where Russia has deployed its military.
"You can continue to count on NATO's support," Stoltenberg added.
