Belarus intends to carry out a planned draft of conscripts for military training during March.
This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Defense of Belarus.
"The Armed Forces continue planned measures to increase the level of combat readiness of units and military units, within the framework of which a planned draft of conscripts for military training will be carried out during March," the message said.
The Ministry of Defense adds that during the planned events conscripts should improve their professional knowledge, familiarize themselves with new types of weapons, military and special equipment, and also take part in planned trainings and exercises.
We will remind, earlier the self-proclaimed president of Belarus, Oleksandr Lukashenko, announced the draft of reserve officers for military service.
Prior to that, Lukashenko stated that there are no plans to announce mobilization in Belarus.
