The premises of IBOX Bank were searched today. They are conducted by employees of the Security Service of Ukraine and the Bureau of Economic Security.

In particular, law enforcement officers are investigating the bank's possible involvement in money laundering of the gaming business. Which is probably why the National Bank revoked the bank's license yesterday.
It should be noted that no official comments regarding the searches in the offices of IBOX Bank have yet been received.
IBOX Bank was deprived of its license.
As the NBU explained, the reason for this was the bank's systematic violation of legislative requirements in the field of combating money laundering, terrorist financing, and the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction.
At the same time, the NBU emphasized that each depositor of the bank will receive full compensation from the Individual Deposit Guarantee Fund.
It is worth noting that Monobank IBOX Bank provided customers with the opportunity to top up their cards without commission at the terminals. Users received a message yesterday asking them to use other channels to top up cash.
