Ukraine is waging a defensive war and does not strike at Russian territory. Incidents of drone attacks inside the aggressor country are associated with panic processes among Russians.
This was reported on Twitter by the adviser to the head of the Office of the President, Mykhailo Podolуak.
"Ukraine does not attack the territory of the Russian Federation. Ukraine is waging a defensive war in order to de-occupy all its territories. This is an axiom. Panic-disintegration processes are increasing in the Russian Federation, which is reflected by the increase in internal attacks on infrastructure facilities by unidentified flying objects." - wrote Podolyak.
Drone attacks in Russia
We will remind that on the last day of winter in Russia, a series of incidents allegedly related to "attacks by Ukrainian drones" were reported.
In particular, information about the downing of drones came from several Russian regions, including the Moscow region and St. Petersburg.
In addition, the wreckage of three drones was reported in Belgorod, and a fire broke out at an oil depot in Tuapse, Krasnodar Territory, as a result of an incident with a UAV. In addition, the fall of drones was reported in Bryansk region and Adygea. Traditionally, the Russians accuse Ukraine of involvement, but Ukraine officially denies this.
