The Verkhovna Rada called on the parliaments of the world to recognize Russia as a state sponsor of terrorism, and its actions as genocide of the Ukrainian people. People's deputy Oleksiy Goncharenko reported this in Telegram.
"The council called on the parliaments of the world to recognize Russia as a state sponsor of terrorism, and its actions as genocide of the Ukrainian people (No. 9034)," Goncharenko wrote.
He noted that 313 People's Deputies voted for it.
Goncharenko reported that the Verkhovna Rada also called:
strengthen sanctions
continue to provide military, political, economic, financial, humanitarian aid
provide weapons, including modern tanks, aircraft and long-range missiles
develop mechanisms for using frozen assets of Russian citizens abroad to compensate Ukrainians for losses.
