Russia can mobilize another million people - German intelligence

Russia can mobilize up to a million soldiers for the war in Ukraine, said the head of the German Federal Intelligence Service (BND) Bruno Kahl, writes Redaktionsnetzwerk Deutschland.

"Russia's mobilization potential is a reserve of up to a million people, if the Kremlin deems it necessary," Kal said.

He notes that Russian dictator Vladimir Putin is not ready for negotiations, as he seeks to make decisions on the battlefield and realize more advantages "so that in the future, perhaps, he can dictate peace on his own terms."

The Main Directorate of Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense stated earlier that Russia is preparing to announce a new mobilization, but due to the exhaustion of the army, it may refrain.

According to the Central Intelligence Agency, the Russian command does not have the resources to launch a large-scale offensive before the anniversary of the full-scale invasion on February 24.
