Russian dictator Vladimir Putin showed his irrelevance and confusion during his message to the deputies of the Federal Assembly.

"Putin publicly demonstrated his irrelevance and confusion. And he emphasized that the Russian Federation is in an unconditional "taiga impasse". And that he does not have and will not have promising solutions. Because everywhere there are "Nazis, Martians and conspiracy theories"... His speech lasted longer than the Kremlin had announced, but the only real news among Putin's absurdity was that he announced the suspension of Russia's participation in the Strategic Offensive Arms Treaty.
