Russian dictator Vladimir Putin again resorted to nuclear threats. He stated that the Russian Federation is ready to resume testing nuclear weapons.
The dictator said this in an address to the Federal Assembly.
During his speech, Putin again accused the US and NATO countries of building up their nuclear potential. At the same time, he said that Russia may return to nuclear tests.
The dictator ordered the Ministry of Defense and Rosatom to prepare for the tests.
"The Ministry of Defense of Russia and Rosatom must ensure readiness to conduct tests of Russian nuclear weapons. Of course, we will not be the first to do this. But if the USA conducts tests, we will conduct them as well," he said.
It will be recalled that during his address, Russian President Vladimir Putin also announced that Russia is suspending its participation in the Treaty on Strategic Offensive Weapons.
