Zelenskyi will open this year's security conference in Munich this year

The speech of the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyi should be the first event within the framework of the Munich Security Conference.

This intention was confirmed by the conference organizers and the president's office.

A half-hour panel with the participation of the President of Ukraine, who will join the event via video link, should take place immediately after the welcoming speech of the chairman of the Munich Security Conference, Christoph Heusgen.

The event was included in the conference program under the name "David-on-Dnipro: Ukrainian battle for freedom", using an allusion to the biblical legend about David, who defeated Goliath, who was stronger than him. Details about the panelists in the public program have not yet been revealed, although there is talk of the president's speech in Munich.

The press secretary of the Ukrainian head of state, Serhiy Nikiforov, confirmed to "European Truth" that the president's speech at the opening of the conference was indeed planned.

This year's Munich Security Conference will largely be devoted to Ukraine, its victory in the war with the Russian Federation, and the issue of the future world order.

You can follow the events of the next three days in Munich on the "European Truth" website.

As reported, earlier the head of the Munich Conference advocated the deputization of Russia. He also publicly speaks out against restrictions on aid to Ukraine.
