Medvedchuk, Azarov and Yanukovych were offered to lead the Ukrainian "government in exile"

Former Prime Minister of Ukraine Mykola Azarov, ex-people's deputy from OPZZ Viktor Medvedchuk and fugitive ex-president Viktor Yanukovych should create a "government in exile".

Volodymyr Kozin, a correspondent member of the Academy of Military Sciences of Russia, stated this to the Russian mass media.

In his opinion, Azarov, Medvedchuk and Yanukovych should form a "government in exile" from their own citizens, not from citizens of the Russian Federation.

"Ukraine, although it is conducting a combined Ukrainian-NATO aggression against us, it is a sovereign country. It has its own president, its own judicial system, and so on. The decision to create such a government was obviously delayed, but better late than never," Kozin said.
