In Dnipro, search operations have been completed in a high-rise building destroyed by a Russian army missile attack on January 14. As a result of enemy shelling, 44 people were killed, 5 of whom were children, 79 people were injured, and 39 people were rescued, the State Emergency Service and the President's Office reported.

 "At 1:00 p.m. on January 17, search and rescue operations in the city of Dnipro at the site of a rocket attack were completed," the State Emergency Service of Ukraine reported on Telegram.

 As Valentin Reznichenko, head of the Dnipropetrovsk RMA, noted in Telegram, the operation lasted a long 69 hours.

 "39 people were saved, including 6 children, 44 people died, including 5 children, 79 people were injured, including 16 children," the State Emergency Service reported.

 "44 lives were claimed by a Russian rocket that hit a high-rise building in Dnipro. Five children were among the dead. The youngest boy was not even a year old," Reznichenko added.

 As Kyrylo Tymoshenko, deputy head of the Civic Chamber, noted in Telegram, "we received 47 reports of missing people, of which 23 people were identified as dead, 4 people were found alive by relatives, in hospitals."
