During the large-scale shelling of Ukraine, the Russian military hit an apartment building in Dnipro. Civilians are under the rubble. Deputy Head of the Office of the President Kyrylo Tymoshenko reported this in Telegram.
"Just inhumans, there is not at least one entrance, people who were at home on the holiday are under the rubble," Tymoshenko writes.
Emergency services and other city services are already working at the scene.
So far, other details have not been revealed.
Meanwhile, the local media published a video of the fire at the site of the impact.
