Russian dictator Putin will try to launch a new large-scale offensive in Ukraine in 2023. NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg expressed this opinion in an interview with the BBC.
Stoltenberg emphasized that Putin does not show any signs of readiness to make concessions in the war against Ukraine. The mobilization in Russia, he believes, has shown that the Kremlin has no intention of ending the war. However, according to NATO's Secretary General, military aid from Western countries will help Kyiv defend its sovereignty and force Russia to think about ending the war.
Retired American general Ben Hodges believes that the occupiers will not launch another massive offensive against Ukraine in February.
