Great Britain will provide the Armed Forces of Ukraine with Sea King helicopters as part of its ongoing support, the British Ministry of Defense announced on Twitter.
As specified in the message, 10 Ukrainian crews have already been trained on the Sea King, expanding their search and rescue capabilities.
Great Britain produces, in particular, Westland WS-61 Sea King helicopters - a modification of the American helicopter of the same name, also known as the Sikorsky SH-3 Sea King.
The UK will provide the Ukrainian Armed Forces with Sea King helicopters as part of its continued support.
