Today, December 23, the Moldovan government decided on simplified entry for Ukrainians traveling to Moldova from Romania or flying to Chisinau. This is reported by Newsmaker.
When entering Moldova through the Moldovan-Romanian border or arriving at Chisinau airport, you should now only have an identity card with you, namely:
ID card;
internal passport;
ordinary passport;
identity card of a citizen of Ukraine, issued by the Embassy of Ukraine in Moldova;
temporary identity card issued by the Migration Bureau;
driver's license;
type of residence;
military ID.
Ukrainians, in the absence of originals, can present copies of these documents or documents in electronic format, or even documents with an expired term. On the basis of the same documents, they will be able to leave Moldova for Ukraine.
Previously, such rules applied only to entry through the Ukrainian-Moldovan border.
The National Commission of Moldova adopted new changes only until February 1, 2023.
