The Ukrainian military conducts operations on the territory of the Russian Federation concerning military facilities and the armed forces of the enemy. Vadym Skibitskyi, a representative of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense, told about this in an interview with the German newspaper Bild.
According to him, conducting Ukrainian military operations on Russian territory causes difficulties and requires serious preparation. Skibytskyi also emphasized that the goals of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation are exclusively military.
"Our targets are purely military: facilities of the Russian armed forces, from which attacks are carried out on Ukraine, including logistics centers, command posts or garrisons with a large number of soldiers," said the spokesman of the GUR.
