On Thursday afternoon, Kherson was completely without power as a result of enemy shelling, the head of Kherson RMA Yaroslav Yanushevich reported.
"Heavy shelling of the critical infrastructure facility in the Ship District of the city continues," Yanushevich wrote in a telegram.
According to him, the energy companies will start the restoration of electricity grids in the city at the "first opportunity".
