The press secretary of the President of the Russian Federation, Dmytro Peskov, said that "there is no question" of the withdrawal of Russian troops from the territory of Ukraine by the end of this year. He informed journalists about this, commenting on such an occasion, reports rosZMI.

 "This is out of the question," Peskov said.

 At the same time, he said that the Ukrainian authorities need to take into account the "realities" that have developed, with the loss of control over certain territories.

 "These realities indicate that new subjects have appeared in the Russian Federation, they appeared as a result of referenda held in these territories," the spokesman said.

 According to him, the lack of "accounting of these new realities" excludes any progress in matters of settling the situation.
