"The decision made by Russia regarding Kherson is positive," Erdogan said.
In addition, the Turkish president once again made it clear that he intends to act as a mediator in the negotiation process between Russia and Ukraine.
"I hope that if Russia participates in the G20, we will have an opportunity to meet. Otherwise, we will continue to conduct telephone diplomacy with Russia. We hope for success in mediation," Erdogan added.
