The ambassadors of the "Group of Seven" countries in Kyiv made a statement in support of the Ukrainians and said that together with them they are facing a lack of electricity and water.

 "The G7 ambassadors in Kyiv are appalled by the ongoing Russian attacks on the Ukrainian energy system during 9 months of Russian full-scale aggression against Ukraine. We stand with the Ukrainians, sharing their grief for innocent lives lost and facing water and electricity shortages with them," - statements of the German chairmanship of the group of G7 ambassadors in Kyiv on Twitter.

 On November 23, Russia once again launched a massive missile attack on the critical infrastructure of Ukraine from strategic aircraft and ships of the Black Sea Fleet.
