German Defense Minister Christine Lambrecht announced that Berlin will create a maintenance center in Slovakia for the repair of weapons transferred to Ukraine. Reuters writes about it.

"We have reached an agreement and work can begin immediately so that all the equipment that was delivered (to Ukraine - ed.) can be repaired after exiting the battle," German Defense Minister Christine Lambrecht told reporters.

As part of a new package of military aid to Ukraine, Germany handed over a batch of missiles to the IRIS-T SLM air defense system. It also included Dingo armored vehicles.
