The Russian occupiers destroyed the entire energy system of Kherson. They intend to restore it in the near future. This was stated by the executive director of DTEK, Dmytro Sakharuk, on the air of the telethon.
"We need to look at those regions where there is no electricity at all. This is Kherson, which was liberated today. The rioters destroyed the entire power system there. It's not that there are schedules, there is no electricity at all," the official said.
At the same time, Sakharuk explained that after the deoccupation in Kyiv region, it took 30 days to restore the power system.
According to him, it is expected that the works on the freed part of the Kherson region will continue for the same amount of time.
