As a result of Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine, 43 media workers died. The National Union of Journalists of Ukraine reported this on Telegram.
"Since the beginning of the full-scale invasion of Russia on the territory of Ukraine, the occupiers have killed at least 43 media workers," the report says.
According to the verified data of the NSJU, among the dead:
• eight journalists who performed professional duties;
• 13 media workers – civilian victims;
• 22 media representatives who mobilized to protect Ukraine.
