Today, October 31, Russia shelled 10 regions of Ukraine. As a result of the strikes, 18 facilities were damaged, most of which are energy facilities.

This was announced by Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal in Telegram.

According to him, the occupiers used missiles and drones to attack Ukraine. As a result, hundreds of settlements in seven regions of Ukraine were cut off.

"The consequences could have been much worse. But thanks to the heroic and professional work of the Air Defense Forces, 44 of the more than 50 missiles fired at our territory were shot down," the prime minister added.

Currently, local emergency shutdowns are ongoing in Kyiv, Zaporizhzhya, Dnipropetrovsk and Kharkiv regions. Energy workers continue to eliminate the consequences of shelling.

Shmyhal urged Ukrainians to save electricity in order to reduce the load on the network.

The head of the National Police, Ihor Klymenko, in turn, announced on the air of the telethon that the number of people who were injured as a result of the mass strikes of Russian troops in Ukraine this morning was at least 13.

"As of today, at the moment, we have 13 people injured as a result of today's attacks by the Russian Federation," Klymenko said.

He noted that the police, together with the SSU and the prosecutor's office, will continue to assess damages and record crimes.
