The head of the Foreign Ministry of Latvia called Putin's speech a rehearsal before The Hague

The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Latvia, Edgars Rinkevičs, called the speech of the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin on the discussion platform "Valdai" a rehearsal before the speech at the International Court of Justice in The Hague.

This was reported by the official's Twitter.

Rinkevichs drew attention to the part of the dictator's speech in which he stated that it was not Russia, but the West that led to the current situation in Ukraine.

"It's almost like rehearsing a defense speech at the International Tribunal in The Hague or Nuremberg," he wrote.
