The main intelligence department of the IOM reported that the Russian special services may be preparing terrorist attacks against their own population, in order to later blame Ukraine for this, writes the press service of the MID.
As noted, in Russia, military commissars distribute "memorandums" in which Ukrainian special services are accused of planning and carrying out terrorist acts against the civilian population. Allegedly, "saboteurs" lay out mined phones, wallets, tablets and children's things on the roads, benches and in the bushes.
MID emphasized that this "horror story" is a mirror image of the real actions of the Rashists in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine.
"After the liberation, various mined objects, household appliances and children's toys were left there in large numbers, which led to the maiming and even death of the civilian population. It is likely that the Russian special services are thus preparing the ground for provocations with further accusations against Ukraine," Ukrainian intelligence reported.
At the end of the summer, the Secretary of the National Security Council Oleksii Danilov reported that the FSB could organize a series of terrorist attacks in Russian cities with mass casualties among civilians.
