Today, the leaders of the "Group of Seven" will gather for an emergency meeting due to the massive missile attack on Ukraine by Russia.
As Reuters reported with reference to the White House, the meeting will be held online on October 11.
The leaders plan to discuss G7 commitments to support Ukraine and hold Russian President Vladimir Putin accountable, including for recent missile strikes on Ukraine, the White House said.
As it became known the day before, President Volodymyr Zelenskiy will take part in the meeting.
In addition, the media reported that British Prime Minister Liz Truss wants to announce at the G7 meeting that an emergency summit of NATO member states will be convened in the near future.
