The EU promises additional military aid to Ukraine against the backdrop of massive rocket fire in Kyiv and other cities. This was written by the EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, Josep Borrell, on Twitter.
"Deeply shocked by Russia's attacks on civilians in Kyiv and other cities of Ukraine. Such actions have no place in the 21st century. I condemn them in the strongest possible terms. We support Ukraine. Additional military support from the EU is on the way," Borrell writes.
According to the Ministry of Defense, according to preliminary data, 83 missiles were launched in Ukraine, 43 of which were shot down.
