Lukashenko announced the return of Russian troops to Belarus

The self-proclaimed president of Belarus, Oleksandr Lukashenko, said that the Russian military would soon return to the country.

As the Belarusian state agency BelTA reports, he made such a statement during a meeting with the military.

According to Lukashenka, Russia is currently not ready for a new conflict. "The second conflict is yet to come. You know that they have enough problems. That's why you don't count on a large number of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation. But it won't be a thousand people," the Belarusian dictator said.

"And be ready to accept these people in the near future and place them where needed, according to our plan. Without overkill, without exacerbating the situation and situation," he instructed the Minister of Defense of Belarus.

It will be recalled that earlier Lukashenko announced an agreement with Vladimir Putin on the deployment of a joint regional grouping of troops. Lukashenko explains such a move as Ukraine's alleged plans to start a war against Belarus.

"Yesterday, through unofficial channels, we were warned about the task of striking Belarus from the territory of Ukraine. As stated, "We will make it so that it will be the Crimean bridge-2". My answer was simple: tell the president of Ukraine and other crazy people that the Crimean bridge will surrender to them flowers, if they touch even a meter of our territory with their dirty hands," Belarusian media quoted Lukashenko as saying.

At the same time, Lukashenko is trying to reassure Belarusians, saying that the mobilization will not take place.

"People have already heard in their guts: 'Something is wrong there, tension and other things.' - And what to do, and how to do it? I repeat once again: it's up to everyone to do their own thing," he convinces.
