Russian troops damaged 11 important infrastructure facilities in eight regions and the city of Kyiv. This was announced by the Prime Minister of Ukraine, Denys Shmyhal.
"As of 11:00 a.m., 11 important infrastructure facilities in 8 regions and the city of Kyiv have been damaged. Power is currently cut off in some regions. We need to be prepared for temporary interruptions in electricity, water supply, and communications," Shmyhal wrote.
Ukrenergo warned that there may be power outages in the cities and towns of Ukraine due to a missile attack on energy facilities and civilian critical infrastructure.
