 "The 2022 Nobel Prize in Literature is awarded to the French writer Hanna Ernot for the courage and surgical precision with which she reveals the origins, alienation and collective framework of personal memory," the message reads.

 

 Ukrainian writer Serhii Zhadan was among the nominees for the 2022 Nobel Prize in Literature.
