The armed forces of Ukraine began the de-occupation of the Luhansk region. Ukrainian fighters have already managed to liberate several settlements.
This was reported by the head of the Luhansk RMA, Serhii Gaidai.
"Well, now it's official - the de-occupation of Luhansk region has begun. Several settlements have already been liberated from the Russian army, and the Armed Forces of Ukraine are already raising the Ukrainian flag there," Gaidai said in his video message.
Gaidai did not specify which settlements have already been liberated from the occupiers.
It will be recalled that earlier it became known that Ukrainian fighters liberated the village of Torske, which is located near Kreminna.
According to Gaidai, Russian troops have already started preparing for the defense of Kremenna. There is a large number of enemy soldiers and mass mining.
