In the near future, the United Nations will send a mission of the UN human rights monitoring agency to de-occupied Izyum and its surroundings, Interfax reports.
"According to the source, this may be followed by the war crimes investigation team," the report said.
At the same time, the journalists emphasize that currently the specific task of these missions "remains unclear".
Earlier it was reported that in the de-occupied Izyum of the Kharkiv region, procedural actions regarding the mass burials of people found there have begun.
