Germany's refusal to hand over tanks and infantry fighting vehicles to the Ukrainian military is unfounded and demonstrates Berlin's abstract fears. This was announced by the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, Dmytro Kuleba, on Twitter.

According to him, signals from Germany about the supply of new weapons to Ukraine are disappointing considering how badly the Armed Forces of Ukraine need Leopard tanks and Marder BMPs to save the civilian population from genocide.

"There is no rational argument why these weapons cannot be provided, only abstract fears and excuses. What is Berlin afraid of, and Kyiv is not?" - noted the minister.

We will remind, on Monday, September 12, German Defense Minister Christine Lambrecht said that Germany once again refuses to transfer tanks and armored personnel carriers to Ukraine. She explained this by the fact that "no country has yet started supplying such Western-style weapons to the Armed Forces."
