 According to preliminary data, the occupiers shelled the Kyiv and Osnovyansky districts of Kharkiv.

 According to Synegubov, there is a hit in the road surface. As a result of the shelling, one person was killed and four others were injured.

 "Medics continue to work. Information is being added," the head of the OVA emphasized.

 In Kharkiv, the metro stopped due to shelling by the Russian occupiers.

 "For technical reasons, traffic on the lines of the Kharkiv subway has been temporarily suspended. We apologize for the temporary inconvenience," the message reads.

 Kharkiv without water and electricity

 The mayor of the city noted that the Russians fired again at the critical infrastructure. Kharkiv was left without electricity and water. Utility workers are already working on eliminating the consequences of shelling.

 "The situation of yesterday evening is being repeated. Due to shelling, critical infrastructure facilities were disabled, as a result of which Kharkiv lost electricity and stopped water supply," explained Terekhov.
