The era of peace in Europe is over, as is the era of half-measures, said the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, Dmytro Kuleba.
"On the way to victory, we will always face difficult choices and we will always be tempted to take half measures to find balance. But the sad truth is that the age of peace in Europe is over, as is the age of half measures. We must be resolute, we we have to be committed, yes, we have to be tough - but that's the only way to win a war, especially a war against a country like Russia, led by President Putin," Kuleba said at Forum 2000 in Prague.
He added that if he had to choose between half-measures, such as on visas, and no action at all, he would prefer no action.
"I would prefer to spend more time on discussion, finding a solution to introduce a real tough measure. This is the policy that will lead us to victory," Kuleba emphasized.
