The head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, Dmytro Kuleba, insists that in order to stop the war in Ukraine, it is necessary to introduce a ban for Russian tourists to travel to the EU.
The minister noted on his Twitter that the trips to the EU did not have a transformative effect on Russia.
After simplifying the visa regime in 2007, Moscow attacked Georgia, started a war with Ukraine and committed many crimes with the support of the population, Kuleba emphasized.
"To change Russia, close the door to Russian tourists," urged Dmytro Kuleba.
As you know, the issue of potential visa restrictions for Russians will be discussed at a meeting of foreign ministers in Prague on August 31.
Travel to the EU has had zero transformative effect on Russia. Since visa facilitation in 2007, Moscow has attacked Georgia, launched a war on Ukraine, committed multiple crimes — all of it with overwhelming popular support. To transform Russia, shut the door on Russian tourists.
