The next meeting of the group created by Western countries to coordinate military aid to Kyiv in the so-called "Ramstein" format will take place on September 8 in Germany at the American Ramstein Air Base. This was announced by the US Air Force Command in Europe and Africa.
"US Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin will personally hold a meeting of the Contact Group on the Defense of Ukraine at the Ramstein Air Base in Germany on September 8, 2022," the message reads.
Austin has reportedly invited defense secretaries and officials from around the world to discuss the war in Ukraine and various security issues facing US allies and partners.
